Our Why

We believe underrepresented communities deserve and have the right to equitable opportunities to create and use generational prosperity for themselves, their families and communities.  Advanced (graduate) education and thriving careers are a primary gateway to achieving this reality.

Graduate School Readiness Programs

Our programs offer an ecosystem of support for prospective and current graduate students seeking advanced education, greater career mobility, and industry & community influence.
