This page lists what this website stores on your device and what it may send to another company. Some items are cookies; others use local or session storage.
How to control this
Before you choose, optional tracking is off. You can accept everything, reject everything except what the site needs, or allow Personalisation, Measurement, Session recording, and Advertising separately. Use Cookie settings here or in the footer to change your choice later.
Turning a category off reloads the page so a tracker that already loaded is removed.

What first-party measurement records
If you allow Measurement, the site records page views, scroll depth, time on page, selected link and form actions, referrer and campaign details, device type, browser, viewport width, a session id, and a persistent browser id. The hosting provider adds country, region, and city. The raw IP address is not saved on the event row; a one-way value derived from it is used briefly for rate limiting.
If you do not allow Measurement, the site does not create these identifiers, send these events, or forward them to vendor globals.
Other companies
These tools load only after you allow their category. A configured tool may set its own cookies or receive browser and activity data according to its service.

The Brainery Advisor
If you type a question into the advisor, your question and recent conversation context are sent to Anthropic’s Claude service to generate a reply. Leadership Brainery also stores up to 500 characters of the question after a limited scrubber replaces email addresses, phone-like numbers, and long digit runs. It may also store the selected track, resource-match count, conversation length, and country.
The scrubber does not reliably remove names, addresses, schools, employers, health, financial, immigration, or family details. Do not type anything you would not want stored. The advisor is not a counsellor and is not confidential in the way a counsellor is.
The contact form
What you type into the contact form is emailed to the Leadership Brainery team. It is held in the team’s mailbox and the email-delivery service’s logs, rather than the site’s analytics database.
